Pachca launches an MCP server for connecting AI agents

You can now connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI tools that support MCP to Pachca. Agents can find agreements in chat history, summarize discussions, create tasks from threads and send messages on an employee's behalf.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open protocol that lets AI agents connect to external services and take actions in them. With MCP, an agent can work with information in Pachca directly, without anyone having to copy chat history into another app.

What you can ask an AI agent to do through MCP

MCP can automate tasks that previously required searching chat history manually and gathering information from different chats.

For example:

Compile a client's project history. The agent will find discussions from the past month and highlight the team's commitments, agreed deadlines and unanswered questions. This helps you quickly catch up before a meeting or hand a project over to a colleague.

Prepare a weekly report. The agent will review discussions in department channels and gather information on completed tasks, rescheduled deadlines and blockers. The result can be an HTML report organized by team, with questions that need a manager's decision.

Update the knowledge base. The agent will analyze employee questions in the HR channel over the past month, find recurring topics and draft additions to the FAQ in Markdown based on HR's answers.

You can start any of these workflows with a plain-text request to the connected AI agent.

How to connect to the MCP server

Pachca's MCP server works with Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, VS Code and agents built on Yandex AI Studio and GigaChat.

To connect, enter the server address in your AI app's settings and authorize access. No custom integration is needed.

Connection security

The agent has the same permissions as the employee who connected it and can only see chats that employee can access. You can revoke access at any time in Pachca's settings.

The AI app may ask for confirmation before sending or deleting messages. Chat text is also passed to the agent as data, not instructions, and Pachca does not automatically open links in the agent's messages. This reduces the risk of executing malicious commands embedded in chat history.

Availability

The MCP server complements Pachca's existing integration tools: the API, CLI, SDK and n8n plugin.

The connection is already available on all plans, including the free Starter plan.
