Is Pachca a good fit for large companies?
Yes. Pachca works for large companies and enterprises with thousands of employees. That's what the Corporation plan is for: SSO, built-in DLP, Active Directory sync, audit logs, a dedicated account manager and more.
What deployment options does Pachca offer?
Pachca runs in the cloud, with data stored in data centers in Russia. The Corporation plan also offers hybrid on-premise (BYOK): your files and encryption keys stay inside your company's network.
How does Pachca keep data secure?
Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit with TLS v1.3, DTLS, SRTP and AES. Pachca has built-in DLP and can also connect to your company's own DLP system over ICAP. On top of that, you get a built-in streaming antivirus, an audit log with an API and a bug bounty program. An in-house security team protects your data, and independent experts assess our security every year. Pachca is listed in the Russian Software Registry and complies with Federal Law No. 152-FZ (Russia's personal data law).
Can I use Pachca for free?
Yes! The Starter plan is free, with a limit of 2,000 messages per month.
What happens when we hit the 2,000-message limit?
You won't be able to send messages in direct or group chats until the limit resets at the start of the next calendar month.
What can guest accounts do?
Pachca has two types of guest accounts: Guest and Multi-guest. They can only access the chats and threads they've been added to, and they can't see the member directory or create their own chats.
- Guests can join only one group chat
- Multi-guests can be added to any number of group chats
How much do guest accounts cost, and which plans include them?
Pachca has two types of guest accounts: Guest and Multi-guest.
- Multi-guest is a paid seat billed at the Company rate: 199 ₽/month, or 159 ₽/month billed annually. The price is the same on every plan.
- Guests are free, up to 3 per paid user. Each additional guest costs 49 ₽/month, or 39 ₽/month billed annually.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card or by invoice. Cards are charged monthly. Invoices cover 3 months at a time or the whole year up front.
How does switching plans work?
Switching is seamless: your chats, integrations, bots and user settings all stay intact. Upgrades take effect as soon as you request them, and you pay a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. The invoice is issued right away, but the payment can be deferred if your next billing period is about to start. Downgrades take effect at the end of your paid period.
What is activity-based billing?
On the Corporation plan, you pay only for active seats. If someone hasn't logged in to Pachca for a long time, they're marked inactive and you stop paying for them, even if you haven't removed them from the workspace.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Every plan is 20% off when billed annually. Educational institutions and nonprofits also get 75% off.
Can I pay for Pachca as an individual?
Yes. You don't need to register as self-employed or as a sole proprietor to pay for Pachca.
How do I add members after paying?
You can add people at any time. Each member over your paid seat count adds to an outstanding balance, and the workspace owner gets a weekly breakdown by email. Once the balance goes over 2,000 ₽, request an invoice, pay it and extend those members' seats through the end of your paid period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime and keep using every feature of your plan until the end of your paid period.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
When your paid period ends, your workspace is switched to the Starter plan.
What if I forget to cancel my subscription?
If you pay by card and forget to cancel, we'll refund you. Just contact support within three business days of the charge.
Can I buy extra storage?
Yes, extra storage comes in two sizes. 100 GB is 1,000 ₽/month, with 20% off when billed annually. 1 TB is 8,000 ₽/month with the discount already applied, and it's available with annual billing only.
