Which educational organizations qualify for the discount?
Organizations whose primary business is providing educational services. Having an education license doesn't guarantee the discount on its own. We may also grant the discount to an organization without a license if education is its primary activity.
Which nonprofits qualify for the discount?
- Private nonprofits listed in the nonprofit registry of the Russian Ministry of Justice.
- Government-funded organizations whose primary activity falls under these OKVED codes (Russia's classifier of business activities):
87.10 - Residential nursing care
87.30 - Residential care for the elderly and people with disabilities
87.90 - Other residential care
88.10 - Social services without accommodation for the elderly and people with disabilities
88.99 - Other social services without accommodation, not elsewhere classified.
Can I be turned down for the 75% discount?
Yes, if our review shows that education isn't your organization's primary activity.
How does billing work on this plan?
The discount is only available when you pay by invoice for 3 months or more.
Can I combine the discount with annual billing?
The education discount can't be combined with the 20% annual billing discount.
How much do guest accounts cost?
Guest seats cost the same on both plans with the discount applied: 13 ₽ per guest/month.
Does the discount apply to all users?
The discount applies to every user type: administrators, employees and guests.
Is there a limit on the number of employees?
No, there's no limit.
Do I need to sign a separate contract?
Not necessarily. All education discount terms are covered by our Terms of Service, which you accept when you sign up. If you do need a contract, we're happy to sign one.
How long does the discount last?
The discount doesn't expire as long as your organization keeps providing educational services. We may ask you to confirm your status once a year.
Does the discount apply to hybrid on-premise (BYOK)?
The 75% discount applies to cloud plans.
