Do you offer an SLA?

Yes, an SLA comes with a contract on the Corporation plan. You can check current uptime on our status page.

What deployment options are available?

You can use Pachca in the cloud. Enterprises can also choose hybrid on-premise (BYOK): you keep the message encryption keys on your side and get full control over your data, just like with a self-hosted installation. Learn more about hybrid on-premise (BYOK).

Can we import our data from Slack?

Yes, you can import data from Slack and other team chat apps. Learn more about data migration in this article.

Can we test Pachca with SSO?

Yes, Pachca integrates with a range of directory services, so you can automate administration and let people sign in with their corporate accounts. Read more on the SSO setup options page.

How does activity-based billing work?

On the Corporation plan, you can pay only for active seats. Members who haven't opened Pachca in over 14 days count as inactive. For inactive users you've already paid for, we issue credits at the full seat price, which can save you up to 20% on your subscription. See the pricing page for details.

Can we add guest accounts?

Yes. Guests can only access the chats they've been added to and can't create chats of their own, which works well for contractors and clients. Free guests get access to one chat, while multi-guests can be added to as many chats as you need.

Can we sign a contract?

Yes, we can sign a contract with your company. Organizations with more than 300 users can negotiate the contract terms. To request a contract, email us at sales@pachca.com.

Who ran your pentest, and when?

Our latest independent penetration test was run by Positive Technologies in 2026. Pentest results are available on request to prospective customers on the Corporation plan.

Where are data and encryption keys physically stored?

All data is stored on servers in Russia (Selectel): dedicated servers, Kubernetes and cloud storage. With hybrid on-premise (BYOK), the encryption keys stay on your side. Pachca has no access to message content.

Does Pachca have DLP?

Yes, DLP is built into Pachca and available on the Corporation plan, with no third-party services required. You set up rules with conditions (keywords, regular expressions) and actions, like blocking the message or recording it in the audit log. This helps prevent leaks of passport data, passwords, tokens and other sensitive information.
