Hi! I'm Anna, head of IT at Lindaily. Lindaily is a B2B textile sharing service that rents out workwear and entrance mats. We have 30 years of experience in Russia, more than 33,000 happy customers and almost 600 engaged employees from Kaliningrad to Novosibirsk. Lindaily takes care of the full textile lifecycle, from choosing sizes to recycling worn items.
Life before Pachca
We used to work in Microsoft Teams and Office 365, and it was convenient. At some point it became clear that we were separating from our head office, and we had to decide where to keep communicating inside the company. We quickly realized that no Russian solution could fully replace everything Teams did. So we put together a long list of key requirements for the new service.
We looked at lots of solutions on the market, but a team chat app comparison table didn't always give us a clear picture. Everything could look great in the table, but in practice we couldn't figure out where to click to, say, join a call. Many solutions felt overloaded, and the design left a lot to be desired.
In the end, we switched to Pachca in April 2023 and still use it today. Over the year, the product has grown a lot, and we work through any questions together, which is great to see.
The moment we knew Pachca was the one
By then, we had already tried lots of solutions, and it was important to us to make the switch as painless as possible for our users. Pachca didn't feel like climbing into a spaceship. Everything was pretty simple, intuitive and visually pleasant, so we got up to speed quickly.
How Pachca changed the way we communicate
We're always adopting new tools and working on lots of projects. Most of our communication happens in Pachca, and we keep expanding how we use it. About 90% of our meetings and workflows happen in Pachca. Important messages are also duplicated by email.
Personally, 80% of my communication now happens in Pachca instead of email.
It's handy that you can create private channels. Thanks to threads, focused work discussions don't turn into a wall of messages, and you can add people to a thread. That makes working with outside contractors easier.
