Pachca launches a new video platform

Pachca, the team chat app, has introduced a new video platform built right into the app. Pachca representatives shared the news with CNews.

The move responds to growing demand from business customers for high-quality, reliable video calls. The new architecture supports up to 1,000 participants at once and leaves more room for future features.

The solution is designed for executives, team and project leads and HR managers who need to run large meetings, training sessions and internal events in one service, without adding third-party tools.

The video platform is rolling out in stages, with features expanding over time. In the first stage, Pachca's developers focused on strengthening the infrastructure and improving the user experience. One of the main benefits is a chat that's automatically created for every meeting and stays after the meeting ends. During a call, you can also open the list of participants with their job titles.

"Improvements planned for the next stages include ringtones, virtual backgrounds, reactions, connection quality indicators, meeting transcription and summaries, flexible access controls and much more," said Grigory Lyubachev, co-founder of Pachca.

The video platform is already available to companies when they create a workspace in Pachca. Further development is planned for 2026.
