About Pachca
Pachca is a team chat app for modern teams and one of the largest SaaS products on the Russian market. Plenty of forward-thinking companies use us, including Lamoda, Ivi, Yandex Practicum and many more.
We believe companies can work differently and communicate faster: without long calls, sign-offs and endless email threads.
That said, we don't try to push our app on anyone at all costs. Our main goal is to build the best product on the market and change the way people work. That's why Pachca has no KPIs, bonuses or playbooks. And if our product isn't the right fit for a customer, we're happy to recommend a competitor that fits better.
Pachca has always been remote. We believe work should fit into your life, stay flexible and not require eight hours at an office desk.
About our team
Our team is responsible for everything that brings the product to life: marketing, copywriting, the website, talking to customers and collecting feedback, spotting ideas in the market and even preparing conference talks. There are no fixed job titles. We handle everything except the actual coding.
Some of the work is far from ordinary. A year ago, for example, we ran a big study of EdTech in Russia on our own and published a print magazine that we mailed out to offices.
We also never hire into senior roles. Everyone here starts as an intern and grows from there.
What we're looking for

- You're currently a university student
- You're driven and curious: you organize things at your university, run your own projects or have an unusual hobby
- You're a people person: you love talking to people and quickly pick up the vibe of a group
- You don't secretly dream of becoming a big-shot director at a prestigious tech company, sipping lavender lattes and handing out tasks
Challenges and opportunities at Pachca
You'll need to stay curious about the market and sometimes work with a lot of uncertainty. The upside is a whole bunch of new skills :)
Onboarding isn't easy. We're all remote and only meet in person for one week a year. You'll need to get up to speed quickly, catch the team's vibe and not go dark.
You'll need plenty of initiative. You'll learn every process behind the product and how to work and make decisions on your own, but we don't have instructions or a set task list for you. We expect you to ask questions, stay curious and jump in.
Experience at Pachca won't help you land a job at a big tech company. We work differently from corporations. Even though you'll be able to do more than most people on the market, it won't be easy to adjust to that way of working after Pachca. The responsibilities there are narrower, there's more reporting and less room for initiative. If that's the path you want, working here will only hold you back.
