Direct messages are one-on-one chats. How they work:
- A DM is created automatically when you send the first message
- Only the two of you can see it
- There's no need to set up a separate chat
- It supports everything: files, calls, reactions
Find a teammate through search or the employee directory. Direct messages have their own section in your chat list.
