Product team
The people who work closely with customers. They improve every touchpoint with the product and help the engineering team shape projects.
We don't split people into narrow specialties. Everyone on the product team wears many hats and works on everything that shapes Pachca: marketing, PR, biz dev, research, analytics and even website copy
Engineering team
Everyone who builds the product and keeps it secure. The team has 6 areas: Backend, Frontend, iOS, Android, Design and Information Security
Support team
The people who are always there. They help customers get the most out of the product and keep the whole team up to speed on what users need.
