A daily standup is a regular team meeting, usually 15 minutes long. Everyone answers three questions:
- What did I do yesterday?
- What am I doing today?
- Is anything blocking me?
In Pachca, you can hold your standup on a video call or async in a dedicated thread. The async format saves time and works well for distributed teams.
