A folder is your personal way to group chats. How folders work:
- Only you can see them
- You can create as many as you like
- A chat can live in several folders
- Chats are sorted by the latest message, and you can pin them
Folder ideas: Projects, Important, Read later, Clients. Folders help you stay organized when you have lots of chats.
