Pinning a message is a way to highlight important information. How it works:
- Pinned messages appear in the chat header
- Everyone sees them when they open the chat
- You can pin several messages
- The author or an admin can unpin them
Use them for chat rules, important links, current announcements and contacts of the people in charge. Don't overdo it: too many pinned messages makes each one less useful.
