A push notification is an alert from Pachca on your phone. Settings:
- Turn them on or off for all chats
- Notification sound
- Show or hide message text
- Group by chat
- Do not disturb schedule
If push notifications aren't coming through, check your device settings and app permissions. Aggressive battery saving modes are a common culprit.
