Integrating a task tracker with your team chat app

Help teachers and reviewers find out faster when a new assignment comes in for review: set up notifications for it in Pachca. Here's one more automation you can set up in your team chat app.
You can integrate Pachca with your task tracker, such as Yandex Tracker, through the API. Use the "New message" method and pass the ID of the employee, thread or chat you need in the parameters. In the content and files fields, you can pass the text and attachments from the Yandex Tracker issue. You can also include a link to the issue in the text using Markdown, so employees can open it in one click.
That way, whenever a new issue is created in the task tracker, a notification goes to direct messages or to the reviewers' shared channel in Pachca, where they can pick up assignments to review.
