A bot is a virtual member that posts messages automatically. Bots in Pachca:
- Pull data from external systems (CRMs, task trackers, monitoring)
- Are created with a webhook or the API
- Can have their own name and avatar
- Respond to commands via outgoing webhooks
Popular use cases: new task notifications from Jira, alerts from Grafana, commit messages from GitHub. A bot doesn't take up a seat, so it's free to use.
