A comment is a message inside a thread. How comments work:
- Only thread participants see them
- They don't clutter the main chat
- They support everything a regular message does: files, formatting, reactions
- Only people following the thread get notified
Use comments to dig into a specific topic without distracting everyone else in the chat.
