Cross-chat threads are a feature unique to Pachca. They let you:
- Bring a teammate from another department into a discussion
- Skip giving them access to the whole chat
- Consult an expert on one specific question
- Keep the context of the discussion
The invited person sees only the thread, not the whole chat. It's handy for cross-functional work: loop in a lawyer to discuss a contract without adding them to the project chat.
