A chat is Pachca's main type of group conversation. When you create one, you choose Chat (everyone can write) rather than Channel (only editors can write). Here's how it works:
- Every member can send messages
- It can be public (any employee can join) or private
- It supports threads for separate topics
- You can assign several admins
Chats work well for team discussions, project work and brainstorming. Unlike channels, the conversation goes both ways and every member has an equal voice.
