Export gives you an archive of all your messages. Details:
- Available to the Owner only
- Includes every chat in the workspace
- Format: JSON or CSV
- Contains message text, dates and authors
- Files aren't included (only links to them)
The export takes a while, and you'll get a notification when the archive is ready. It's used for audits, migration and compliance.
