Guest is a role for contractors, clients and partners. Limitations:
- Access to one chat only
- Can't see the workspace member list
- Can't create chats or invite others
- Doesn't appear in the employee directory
Guests aren't billed, so the role is free. It's ideal for short-term collaboration, when you need to discuss a project with an outside contractor.
