Roles are Pachca's permission system. The hierarchy:
- Owner: full control, billing, export
- Administrator: manages members and settings
- Employee: basic permissions, chatting
- Multi-guest: several chats, can't create new ones
- Guest: one chat, limited access
A role determines what a member can do. The Owner or an Administrator can change someone's role.
