Administrator is a Pachca role with extended management permissions. Administrators can:
- Invite new people to the workspace
- Change members' roles (except the Owner's)
- Create and delete chats
- Set up integrations and bots
- Manage member tags
- View workspace analytics
Unlike the Owner, an administrator can't export all messages or delete the workspace. The role is a great fit for HR, team leads or IT folks who need control without full access.
