A mention calls out a person or a group with @. Types:
- @name: a specific person
- @tag: a group tag (@Marketing)
- @all: everyone in the chat
- @here: only members who are online
When you mention someone, they get notified even if the chat is muted. Use @all and @here sparingly, since they ping everyone.
