A group tag lets you organize employees into groups (@Marketing, @Backend, @Moscow). Use tags for:
- Mentioning an entire group at once
- Adding a group to a chat in one step
- Filtering the employee directory
- Assigning chat permissions
Tags are created by administrators. One employee can have several tags. When you @mention a tag, everyone in the group gets a notification.
