The Unread folder automatically collects chats with new activity. It shows:
- Chats with unread messages
- Sorting by the latest message
- The unread count for each chat
- Quick access from the sidebar
It's a handy way to work through your inbox: open a chat, read it and it disappears from the folder. No more hunting for active discussions.
