Pachca API and guides for building your own integration
When you add users in bulk by email or through the API, some of them never open the invite link or sign up for Pachca. That means they haven't started studying or working yet. Here's how to find those users automatically.
You can solve this with our public API by writing a script that checks each user's invite status.
Here's how it works. You open a trigger form, for example in Yandex Forms, and paste in a list of emails (Yandex Forms can scan up to 50 emails). The script looks them up in Pachca. Then it posts a report to a Pachca chat with the list of emails, roles and tags, so you can see at a glance who hasn't accepted their invite yet.
