Invite guests!

Pachca has two guest roles: Multi-guest and Free guest. In this post, we'll talk about the second one: how to use it and save money.

Companies on paid plans can add up to three free guests for every paid seat. Guests get access to just one chat, which they can't leave on their own, plus unlimited direct messages.

This free role comes in handy for working with students, freelancers and contractors in Pachca. It helps you keep communication in one place and streamline your workflows at no extra cost. Here's how our customers use it.

Students

Large education organizations with one-on-one lessons add their students as Free guests. The role has everything you need for learning. In a direct message, you can discuss homework and teach lessons over video, all in one place. And if needed, you can add a student to a group chat to work together.

Freelancers and contractors

Companies that bring in outside specialists use guest roles too. They add the specialist to the project chat and work with them right in Pachca, without switching to other services. You can add contractors the same way. That keeps all work communication in one place, and confidential information stays out of public messaging apps.
