How to cancel your subscription

If your company is on the free Starter plan, you can simply stop using the app. You can come back to your company with all its data at any time in the future.

Keep in mind: the whole team keeps access to the company, but you can remove members if you want.

If you're on a paid plan and:

• You pay by card: go to Subscription and unlink your card, or contact us.
• You pay by invoice: you can simply stop using the app and not pay the next invoice.

Either way, you can keep using Pachca until the end of your paid period.

Can I get a refund?

If you didn't manage to cancel your subscription and only noticed when you were charged for the next period, contact us and ask for a refund. We review refund requests case by case, but our team is always happy to help. Once the refund is processed, the time it takes for the money to reach your card depends on your bank and is usually up to 14 days.

I want to delete my company completely

To delete your company from Pachca permanently, message us on Telegram or email greg@pachca.com. But we recommend thinking twice: your data is stored indefinitely, and what if you want to come back someday? :)
