Pachca secrets: group tags and integrations

Group tags and integrations are some of Pachca's key features. They make working in Pachca much more efficient and easier. Here's what you need to know!
Instead of spending time adding each employee to your team chats, assign them tags. Employees automatically join every chat that has this tag. You can assign a tag to an employee on their card in Members in the sidebar. You can also use tags to mention several employees at once in a work chat. When you mention a tag, everyone with that tag gets notified about the message (even if they've muted that chat). Tags are case-sensitive. If a tag is called "Support" and you type "@support", nobody gets a push notification.
To add or remove a tag for several people at once, select them (each employee in the table has a checkbox on the left) and click Add tag or Remove tag.
Workspace owners and administrators can also create a new tag right in the Members section. Select the members you need in the table, then click the Add tag icon. Type the name of the new tag in the search bar and click Create. The new tag is assigned to all selected members.
Pachca gives you plenty of options for both built-in and custom integrations. For example, you can connect your CRM to Pachca or automate adding members with our open API.
This integration lets you connect your work tools to Pachca and get notifications right in your Pachca chats. These can be text notifications, images or messages about events. For example, with the Gitlab integration, users get notified when someone changes project settings. To create a chatbot, go to Automations → Integrations, find Chatbots and webhooks in the list, open it and create a new bot in its settings.
