Push notification settings for the Pachca Android app, depending on your phone's manufacturer
Android is an open operating system. Phone manufacturers that use it often modify the OS and build their own custom interfaces on top of it. Each of them handles and optimizes push notifications differently: they may delay notifications when the battery is low, close apps automatically and so on.
This article covers the main recommended notification settings for the Pachca app by manufacturer, so notifications arrive as quickly and reliably as possible.

Samsung, Google, Oppo, OnePlus, Realme, Vivo
- No extra settings needed
Xiaomi, Redmi, Poco
- Allow the Pachca app to autostart in the background
- Apps → Permissions → Background autostart. Make sure autostart is allowed for Pachca.
Huawei, Honor

Turn off automatic app launch management by the system
- For Pachca: Settings → Battery → App launch → "Pachca" → Turn off "Manage automatically" and turn on all options under "Manage manually"
- For the app store you downloaded Pachca from: Settings → Battery → App launch → "RuStore", "AppGallery" or "Play Market" → Turn off "Manage automatically" and turn on all options under "Manage manually"

Turn off automatic battery optimization for the app
- For Pachca: Settings → Apps & services → Apps → Battery optimization → "Pachca" → Change to "Don't allow"
- For the app store you downloaded Pachca from: Settings → Apps & services → Apps → Battery optimization → "RuStore", "AppGallery" or "Play Market" → Change to "Don't allow"
Other recommendations
If notifications still aren't reliable after all these settings, try installing Pachca from a different app store: "RuStore", "AppGallery" or "Play Market"
