What's the maximum size of a single file? Up to 4 GB per file. If you need to share more data, split it into several files or archives.
Do files imported from Slack count toward storage? Yes, imported files count toward your total storage limit. If your company's files exceed your plan's storage limit, you'll need to buy extra storage or switch to a higher plan.
Do call recordings count? No, call recordings in Pachca don't count toward your storage.
We've already paid for Pachca for several months. Will extra storage be billed separately? No, we'll simply add the cost of the extra storage to your next payment.
